Beyond Broth Gluten Free Pumpkin Pancakes
It's pumpkin season and we're loving all of the delicious treats with our favorite gourd as the star. But, most of them lack one specific thing, extra veggies! We decided to change that!
1 1/2 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour
1/2 teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Avocado oil
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 tablespoon of vitality Beyond Broth
1/3 cup of pumpkin puree
Butter of choice for cooking
In a mixing bowl combine dry ingredients. Then, in a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients and slowly combine into the dry mixture.
Heat a skillet to medium heat and met butter. Pour batter into the skillet in 3-4 inch pancakes. Cook until light brown on each side and enjoy!
