1 packet of Immune Broth
½ cup of chopped up kale
1 tsp.nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon of mellow white miso
1 sheet of nori, torn up in to tiny pieces
1 tbsp of flax oil
salt and black pepper to taste
Boil 1.5 cups of water.
In a bowl, add kale, miso, nori, nutritional yeast, flax oil,and Immune Broth powder. When the water comes to a boil, turn off heat and pour water into bowl. Add salt and black pepper. Wait 2-5 minutes and enjoy!
