Get Well and Stay Well Broth Recipe
Just a few days ago, my boyfriend came down with a fever, a pounding headache, the chills and a nasty cough. Immediately I turned to vitamin C and of course BROTH. Check out this great, simple recipe that will kick that sickness right out the door.
sesame oil, 2 tbs
fresh turmeric root, 1/2 "
fresh ginger root. 1/2 "
fresh garlic, 1 clove
tbsp.. fresh parsley
1 packet Immune Broth
1 tbsp. nutritional yeast
In a sauce pan with sesame oil, add in freshly chopped turmeric root, ginger, garlic and freshly ground black pepper. After about 2 minutes of the spices sizzling in the pan, add in 2 cups of water. Bring this to a boil and turn off the heat. Add in 1 packet of Immune Broth and stir. Next add in 1 tbsp of miso. Finally take freshly chopped parsley, 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast and salt to taste. Make sure to stir, as the broth powder tends to sink to the bottom. This broth is designed to put you back on your feet quick. Serve and enjoy!
