Healthy Heart Soup
Enjoy this yummy bowl of vegan heart health goodness!
1 packet of Immune Broth
2 cups hot water
1 square organic gluten free ramen, rice or kelp noodles
2 handfuls of spinach
1/4 cup frozen or fresh corn
small stalk of broccoli cut into bite size pieces
1/2 can coconut milk
optional: 2 tsp. nutritional yeast
Add noodles when boiling. Cook for 3 minutes. Add all other ingredients. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until veggies are tender.
