Just Like your Mama's Chicken Soup




3 cups of water

1 carrot cut into small pieces

2 scallions cut up into 1 inch pieces

1 teaspoon sea salt (we use roasted garlic sea salt)

1 handful dried wild mushrooms

1 handful shredded leftover roasted chicken (we use a roasted chicken with Latin spices from our local grocer. We like the extra kick)

1 cup noodles of your choice

1 package Immune Broth



Boil water, add carrots, scallions, and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes on medium high. Reduce heat, add chicken, Immune Broth and season with salt to taste. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Add noodles. Enjoy!
