Super Immune Mushroom Gravy

Are you one of those who could just eat the gravy? This one is like a delicious meal ...make believe it's soup too:)



  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 4 cups mushrooms 
  • 3 cloves garlic 
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 packet Vitality 
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine the rice, mushrooms, water and Vitality in a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce to a simmer and let cook for 10-15 minutes until mushrooms are tender. 
  2. Use an immersion blender to mix until smooth, add the rest of the ingredients and cook on low heat another 10 minutes while the gravy thickens.
