Thai Red Chili Chickpea Soup

We're warming up with this comforting Thai inspired soup. Chickpeas are a rich source of fiber and protein that add a creamy texture to this soup. We also added immune-boosting benefits with ginger and Beyond Broth. It's so easy to make even without fresh produce available. Our broth makes it easy to get the nutrition from vegetables anywhere.
Ingredients
1 TBSP Thai Red Curry Paste
1 can of coconut cream
2 cans of chickpeas/garbanzo beans
1TBSP coconut aminos
2 Tsp of pureed ginger
1 packet of Yummy Tummy
salt and pepper to taste
Spicy sprouts for the topping
Method
Drain the can of chickpeas and mash them with a fork. Then add the chickpeas and all other ingredients besides the sprouts in a pot and bring to a boil. Once at a boil let the soup simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with spicy sprouts and enjoy.
