- Try out health-enhancing superfoods and incorporate them into your everyday meals, including spirulina, chlorella, flaxseed oil, probiotic-rich foods such as miso and sauerkraut.
- Up your Vitamin-C intake to boost your immune system with fruits, such as oranges, pineapple, strawberries, papaya, and vegetables such as Brussel sprouts, broccoli, kale and spinach.
- Incorporate new and different grains into your diet, such as quinoa (a complete protein), buckwheat, kamut, barley and amaranth.

Eat organic and un-processed foods as much as possible. Limit the sugar intake because cancer cells feed on that stuff.

Have a garden and grow your own food without the use of pesticides, hormones and antibiotics. Get your food fresh and cook at home as often as possible.

Cut out the stuff with additives, preservatives, artificial and unknown “natural” flavors.
